Therefore, our approach begins by identifying and addressing the ways your body has adapted its alignment and movement —often in response to pain, stress, past injury, or habitual patterns. Common postural issues include forward head posture, rounded shoulders, anterior pelvic tilt, collapsed arches, and asymmetrical loading.
