Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is, first and foremost, a healing art designed to help your body reclaim its natural movement. Movement feeds the brain. When your brain is missing out on its full range of motion, it gets stressed out, muscles tighten, your body braces for impact. This approach is particularly effective for improving range of motion and re-balancing posture.

 

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a slow-motion modality that gives you time to notice, acknowledge, and support your body and nervous system in dropping built-up tension and self-defense patterns. Particularly effective for chronic trauma responses, and for folks who have a hard time dropping in and feeling what’s going on with their bodies in the moment.

Nervous System Regulation Coaching

Coaching is a great fit if you can’t make it to my San Francisco office, or if you prefer a DIY approach to healing. Via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software,  I’ll teach you practical techniques to calm your nervous system, release muscle tension, support deep, easy breathing, and move in ways that feel safe and nourishing. Together, we’ll build personalized strategies for upcoming challenges and develop tools to help you stay grounded when unexpected stress shows up.
