Care that keeps you in mind

LGBTQIA+ Celebrating

As a queer person, it’s important to me to serve and honor the experiences of others who’ve been on the margins. I’m especially dedicated to providing respectful safe healing space to queer and trans people, people with physical or neurological differences, and anyone who been harmed because of who they are or what they look like.*

Neurodiversity Aware

Neurodivergent people experience the world—and their bodies—differently. That’s why our care is intentionally tailored: we understand that different brains need different approaches. We customize your care based on what actually works for your body.

Trauma Informed

Our care takes your history seriously, and treats your whole self, not just parts. We take an approach that is designed to create slow, sustainable, safe changes, helping your brain and body unwind the effects of chronic, unresolved trauma gradually.

*- as a white person, I know that I don’t know what it’s like to be a person of color in America. I do know what it’s like to have trauma that the world keeps recreating. If our culture has injured you because of who you are, I welcome you to my practice.
